All classes are $15 for casual sessions, or $92 for a 10 session concession card, or $34 for 1 week of unlimited group sessions. All sessions are available online, and in the gym
S.E.T
Strength and Endurance training. Using a barbell as resistance, and utilizing the Olympic compound lifts the Squat, Press and Push you will work your entire body gaining Strength and Endurance. The weight on the barbell determines the intensity of the class, so is suitable for all fitness levels.

Hiit Camp
High Intensity Interval Training. Work 45 secs on and 15 secs off in a range of exercise movements. Lose weight, burn calories, build strength, and gain confidence with other like minded people. Suitable for all fitness levels, this class increases as you do at your own pace.

Just Stretch
Yoga inspired, movement prep class. Gain flexibility, strength and confidence as you work your body through different movements to improve posture, gain full rotation in your joints, and build up your pelvic floor muscles.

Beginners Box / Kick-fit
This class is suitable for any fitness level, I offer both support and challenge as you work towards your goals. Build speed, stamina and strength, whilst learning the art of boxing in a positive, encouraging and friendly environment.

CoreFit
An express class designed to target all the core muscles. This is a great way to fit a quick, but challenging, workout into your busy day. Core-Fit focuses on toning and strengthening the abdominals, lower back, hips and glutes (your bum). Sculpt your body into a masterpiece, improve your posture, and reduce the likelihood of back pain.

XFit
The perfect exercise class for those who want to increase their cardiovascular fitness and improve their muscular strength and endurance. A combination of cardio and weight training exercises, designed to get your heart racing and your muscles working. Each session utilises aspects of cardio, plyometric exercises and strength training that help you burn serious calories while sculpting and strengthening the body.

Cardio Core
A fast paced class utilizing cardio and core exercises together, expanding from corefit to help improve stamina, core stability, and strength. A class that is sure to get your heart rate up, and help sculpt your body.
